The Speakers

Jennifer Napier is the owner of Jennifer Napier Career Consulting, a corporate training and career coaching business provider based out of Richmond, KY. Her business serves central and southeastern Kentucky for both individual clients and large international corporations. She specializes in customized and tailored on-site training to meet the professional development needs for employers, as well as providing one-to-one career coaching and technology tutoring for individual clients. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Eastern Kentucky University as a non-traditional student, and had graduated from high school with approximately 1,500 hours of specialized vocational and workforce skills training. Additionally, she earned her Girl Scout Gold Award as a senior in high school for her dedication to volunteer service throughout her years as a young adult. Jennifer is intensely involved in her local community and serves in several nonprofit and leadership roles within organizations such as the Berea Chamber of Commerce, Richmond Chamber of Commerce, Madison County Human Resources Association, Kiwanis, Habitat for Humanity, Entrepreneurial Start-Up Companies, Madison County Schools, and her church. Jennifer has nearly 20 years of experience and expertise in career preparation, employee training, and business development and marketing. Her mission is service to others through the development of an invested workforce, made possible through education, training, mentoring, empowerment, and sharing the vision and values of re-investing in local communities to sustain and prosper future generations.

Bobby Halloran is an independent agent with Shelter Insurance, a Missouri-Based company committed to providing exceptional insurance protection including home, life, car, farm, business, and more. He has faithfully served Madison County in this capacity for 19 years. Majoring in Public Relations and Business, Bobby earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Kentucky University.

Bobby is passionate about his Lord, Jesus Christ, and is dedicated to building His kingdom. His deepest desire is for everyone to find their identity and freedom in Jesus, breaking the chains of the enemy off their lives. He is also deeply devoted to his wife and two boys, coaching his boys basketball and baseball teams, raising them to be men of truth, and being their number one fan. In addition to God and family, Bobby is passionate about golf and keeping his handicap under 20.

Todd Strouse is a Financial Advisor in London, Kentucky where he helps families plan for retirement and save for college expenses. He holds a B.A. in Bible from Pensacola Christian College and holds the Series 7, 63, & 65 Licenses for Financial Practice and the Life Insurance License for the State of Kentucky. Todd has been in Financial Services for 16 years; the last 8 of which have been with Edward Jones Investments. He specializes in teaching his clients the investment process and prescribing steps to help them reach their financial goals.

Tanner is the Vice President of Business Development where he oversees all business development opportunities for Consultwebs and their clients.Tanner frequently shares his insights on online marketing with the legal community. He is a regular speaker at the PILMMA and M&L conferences for attorneys that are held throughout the country.A native of Waynesville, North Carolina Tanner moved to Berea to attend Berea College where he earned a degree in Business Management, with a minor in economics in 2008.He remained in the Berea community after graduation where he lives with his wife, daughter, and son. They attend Faith Decision Missionary Baptist Church in Paint Lick, KY where Tanner serves as a Deacon. Tanner and his wife are also involved in Berea's HOPE Children's Ministry where they disciple children with God's Word, love, and a warm meal each week. He is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, golfing, and playing "any other competitive sport available" in his free time.
